Acupoint Quick Reference Guides

Book Picture
Equine Acupressure is a reference book for Equine Acupressure or Acupuncture Practitioners to use as an aid for treating Specific Acupressure Conditions, and a useful guide for locating acupoints when doing healing therapy. It presents a variety of physical, emotional, and systemic conditions, providing detailed graphical illustrations for locating the associated acupoints as well as descriptions of the indications, actions, innervations, and characteristics for each point in a clear, tabular format. This is an essential reference book for the equine acupressure/acupuncture therapist, that collects together in one place the key information required to to identify and treat over 30 specific conditions.

5 Elements Deck Picture
Equine - 5 Element Theory (Association Points) is a laminated, reference card set that gives the equine acupressure or acupuncture practitioner easy access to the tools that implement the Traditional Chinese Medicine 5-Element Theory.
These reference cards help practitioners provide quality therapy by allowing them to easily identify excesses and deficiencies of energy in any of the elements, and graphically locate the appropriate points to work to bring these energies back into balance.

Assessment Charts Picture
Acupoint Indicator and Assessment Charts is a set of laminated reference cards for equine acupressure and acupuncture practitioners designed to improve the quality of their therapy sessions by performing the assessment process more effectively and efficiently.
For the first time, indicator and assessment points are collected in one place to help identify a condition and use other acupoints associated with the same condition to verify the disorder. These charts show graphically the exact locations and indications for the acupoints associated with the assessed condition.

Who Am I Charts Picture
Horses fall into five distinct categories based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine 5-Element Theory - Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, and Wood.  Use this card set to determine what type of horse you own, or if you are a practitioner, the type of horses you treat. Once you identify the horse's type, these cards show you the typical physical and emotional issues you are likely to encounter with that type.
